We kindly request that all bookings be made through our designated external website, which is directly linked to our services. We would like to draw your attention to the following terms and conditions. During the training sessions, it is important to note that your dog remains under your responsibility. We kindly ask that you ensure your dog is equipped with a properly fitted collar and harness for each session, and refrain from using retractable leads. Additionally, please ensure your dog is in good health before attending any Bark Right training. For puppy classes, should you wish to cancel your place, we kindly request a minimum of 10 days' notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after this period, with the exception of the loss of a dog's life, are non-refundable. Please be aware that Bark Right reserves the right to utilize images and videos of your dog on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, for promotional and educational purposes. In the event of inclement weather, where we deem it necessary to cancel an activity, you will be entitled to a refund. Please note that all dogs participating in Pack walks may undergo a brief assessment to ensure suitability. 

XL Bully breed owners must contact us before booking on a walk and provide details of behavioural issues and exemption certificate, you must also hold adequate insurance cover and the dog must be muzzled at all times.
